Balfour at Littleton, which offers assisted living and memory care options, is set to open by December in its location on West Coal Mine Avenue. When it does, it will be the fourth Balfour Senior Living facility. The company opened in 1997 and is based in Colorado. Each Balfour location is specifically designed for the community and the people that live there. In South Jeffco, the 75,000 square foot building has a barn-style exterior as a tribute to Littleton’s equestrian history.
