The Balfour at Brookline project is a large senior living facility being proposed at the "east-side" of the former Newbury College campus. The site is located in the Fisher Hill neighborhood. The development is being proposed pursuant to an overlay zoning district that was established at the site at the 2020 Annual Town Meeting.
