Bonita started her human resources career in benefits and expatriate employee relations for a global cable organization and progressed to creating the human resource department for a multi-state company where she had oversight for everything related to human resources. Her career has provided opportunities in tourism, hospitality and the agriculture industry.

Bonita has a business minded approach that has been useful in communicating and supporting initiatives to create and maintain a strong human resource team focusing on the broad range of human resource functions in an organization. Bonita has a BA in Business Administration, an MBA and holds the SHRM-SCP, SPHR and PHRca certifications. She has been active in local and Colorado human resource organizations as a volunteer and Board member.
