These one and two bedroom apartments are light and spacious. With housekeeping, laundry, telephone, basic cable and utilities included.

Like our Assisted Living, you’ll have you’ll have almost 200 Life Enrichment Programs every month to help keep you physically and mentally active. And, of course, there’s a full staff of licensed nurses on duty 24 hours a day. Because your peace of mind is always our main concern.
We also firmly believe good food is good therapy. So we make every meal a real event. Have a special diet? We’ll make sure it’s mouthwatering and satisfying. And if you have a special request, just say the word. Our chefs are some of the most talented in any kitchen in Colorado. And they love to please.

The Reserve
This is an intimate setting where someone who needs advanced Alzheimer’s, dementia, or memory care can call home. As you’d expect, the staff here is specially trained in the complexities of Alzheimer’s, dementia, and advanced memory loss disorders.
What you might not expect is how home-like it feels. We even have outdoor relaxation and exercise areas that are as lush and beautiful as they are safe and secure. Because many Alzheimer patients have an increased need to move about, our fully supervised access to the outdoors means there’s no reason they should ever feel housebound here.
And like all Balfour communities, we offer a full Life Enrichment program that’s so essential to our resident’s physical and mental well-being. These programs are specially designed for people who need advanced memory care, with emphasis on sensory stimulation featuring music, aromatherapyand our very popular pet therapy.
