Position Summary:
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing basic care and to residents assisting them with their activities of daily living under the direction of a licensed nurse. Such activites may include but are not limited to assisting the resident with personal care and hygiene, dressing, bathing, toileting, laundry, etc.

In this position you will prepare, season, and cook soups, sauces, meats, vegetables, desserts. The Line Cook also roasts, fries, and/or broils food for resident meals. The successful candidate will also assist in preparing meals for special events and resident parties as needed.

- The Line Cook will work on call/as needed based on the needs of the schedule.

Care Partners also provide environmental support through assistance with light housekeeping, laundry, and meal service for residents.

Part Time or Flex Pool Available

Our maintenance technicians are responsible for the general maintenance of our building(s) to include the proper operation, general condition and safety of them also. This includes, but is not limited to painting, plumbing, electrical, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC). In this role, the individual must also pay close attention to the overall aesthetic appearance of the interior and exterior of the building and apartments as well as common areas which may include touchup painting and patching of walls, scraping, sanding, priming and taping areas to be painted also. In this position you will interact with residents daily and respond timely to their maintenance requests providing exceptional customer service. Additional responsibilities include snow removal from the surrounding grounds and working in inclement weather when performing additional duties necessary. Your ability to work weekends and/or holidays is essential in this role.

Qualifications:

• Possess a general knowledge and experience of preventative maintenance, general repairs, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and painting in a professional setting preferred
• Ability to work with seniors and individuals with dementia and memory loss
