Job Information
In this role you will be responsible for providing basic nursing care to residents under the direction of a licensed nurse. Duties may include assisting residents with their activities of daily living, providing bedside care, meeting the resident’s emotional and psychosocial needs, responding to resident call lights and requests for assistance, and taking resident vital signs.
Qualifications:
- State of Colorado C.N.A. certification
- Previous experience in a care giving role or working with seniors preferred
- Talent for interacting with a wide variety of people, particularly seniors and their family members
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Ability to communicate openly, honestly and responsibly with others
- Ability to maintain a customer focus treating all customers with respect and integrity
- Ability to accept responsibility for agreements made and follow through as appropriate
- Ability to read, speak, and understand the English language
- Effective verbal and written communication skills required
- Must be able to lift minimum of 50 lbs

Maintenance Technician

Job Information
Our maintenance technicians are responsible for the general maintenance of our building(s) to include the proper operation, general condition and safety of them also. This includes, but is not limited to painting, plumbing, electrical, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC). In this role, the individual must also pay close attention to the overall aesthetic appearance of the interior and exterior of the building and apartments as well as common areas which may include touchup painting and patching of walls, scraping, sanding, priming and taping areas to be painted also. In this position you will interact with residents daily and respond timely to their maintenance requests providing exceptional customer service. Additional responsibilities include snow removal from the surrounding grounds and working in inclement weather when performing additional duties necessary. Your ability to work weekends and/or holidays is essential in this role.
Qualifications:
- Possess a general knowledge and experience of preventative maintenance, general repairs, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and painting in a professional setting preferred
- Ability to work with seniors and individuals with dementia and memory loss
- Ability to communicate openly, honestly and responsibly with others
- Demonstrated ability to maintain a customer focus treating all customers with respect and integrity
- Ability to accept responsibility for agreements made and follow through as appropriate
- Ability to read, speak, understand the English language
- Ability to work in all weather conditions
- Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, squat, crawl, and climb for prolonged periods as well as push/pull objects and lift/carry up to 50 pounds
- Able to travel to and work in multiple locations weekly within a 5 mile radius
