Job Information

In this role you will provide basic nursing care to residents within the scope of nursing assistant responsibilities and QMAP role. The successful candidate will provide psychosocial care through participation in activity programs and behavioral approaches and redirection techniques appropriate for Alzheimer’s care. Care Partners also provide environmental support through assistance with light housekeeping, laundry, and meal service for residents.

Qualifications:
 QMAP certification preferred
 Knowledge and experience in bedside nursing preferred
 Warmth and patience when working with senior population
 Demonstrated talent for interacting with a wide variety of people, particularly the elderly and their family members
 Ability to communicate openly, honestly and responsibly with others
 Ability to maintain a customer focus treating all customers with respect and integrity
 Ability to accept responsibility for agreements made and follow through as appropriate
 Ability to read, speak, and understand the English language
 Effective verbal and written communication skills required
 Ability to work weekends and holidays as needed
 Ability to lift a minimum of 45lbs

Job Information

In this position you will prepare, season, and cook soups, sauces, meats, vegetables, desserts. The Line Cook also roasts, fries, and/or broils food for resident meals. The successful candidate will also assist in preparing meals for special events and resident parties as needed.

Qualifications:
-3 to 5 years cooking experience at a commercial level preferred
