Balfour Senior Living’s newest addition, The Residences at Balfour, is slated to open in the fall of 2008. The 144,000-square-foot independent living community, located across from The Lodge at the southwest corner of Hecla Drive and State Highway 42, will add 87 apartments to Balfour Senior Living’s campus and will incorporate the same award-winning Colorado mountain theme as The Lodge.
