Enhanced Care Levels at The Villas
The Villa at Balfour offers residents a medically competent assisted living program that is progressive according to the needs of each individual. Levels of care and specific, individualized services are determined by a clinical assessment prior to move-in. We periodically reassess residents in our program and any adjustments of care levels are discussed with both the resident and the family. There are two levels of assistance in our assisted living program and limited assistance is included in the monthly rental rate.
