Balfour’s Award-Winning Fall Festival Float

LOUISVILLE, COLORADO IS #1 AGAIN!

Money Magazine calls Louisville, Colorado the best small town in America. A Hometown can’t do better than that!

Money Magazine’s "Best Places To Live" 2009 and 2011 issues ranked Louisville, Colorado as America’s top small town. View the video on www.money.com.

Health, happiness and sunshine are some of the things Colorado is all about. In fact, the state was ranked by the United Health Foundation as one of the nation’s top ten healthiest states in “America’s Health Rankings”, and Colorado enjoys no fewer than 300 days of sunshine a year. And Balfour’s hometown—Louisville—shares these attributes, while offering even more.

Situated at the base of the Rocky Mountains (and within a few minutes of Boulder, and 25 miles of Denver), Louisville, Colorado embodies much of what the people who live in Colorado love. Louisville was ranked first on CNN Money’s “List of America’s Best Small Towns” in 2009, for reasons that include an abundance of outdoor activities, a charming town with shops, restaurants, crafts and entertainment.

We’re very proud to call Louisville, Colorado Balfour’s home, and we consider our location another appealing quality of our award-winning community.
