Jane Drury, SPHR – Vice President of Human Resources
Jane joined Balfour in 2006 and is responsible for all human resources aspects of the company including employment and staffing, compensation and benefits, employee relations and compliance. Jane has over 20 years of experience working in the human resources field.
Prior to joining Balfour, Jane worked in the financial services industry as an HR Advisor at Deutsche Bank and as an HR Consultant working for a national firm that provided clients with a complete range of human resources solutions. Jane holds a bachelor’s degree in Management from Lesley College in Cambridge, Massachusetts, and in 2011 earned a master’s in Organizational Management Development. She also holds a certificate in Evidenced Based and Executive Coaching.
